Dhaniya Chutney Without Curd Recipe in Hindi
Dhaniya Chutney ke Liye Samagri
- Coriander leaves half bunch
- Cumin seeds 1/4 Tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Green chilly 2-3
- Garlic to taste
- Ginger to taste

- Dhaniye ko kaatle or rakhde .
- Hari mirch le or usse bhi kaatle sath hii adrak or lehsan ko bareek kaatle.
- Blender ya Jar le usme Sabhi kati hui samagri daale sath hi usme zeera , namak swad k anusar daale or thoda pani bhi milaye .
- Blend kare acchi tarah sabhi samgari ko , check krle chutney smooth ho gyi hai ya nahi .
- Ab serving bowl me nikaal le or Serve kare.

Method to Make Dhaniya Chutney
- Take Fresh finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Take Green chilli, Ginger , Garlic cut all of them into a small pieces.
- Now put all ingredients into a Blender add some salt, cumin seeds & litter water .
- Blend all ingredient as per your desiring thickness. Now Chutney is ready to serve.
