Paneer Ki Sabji Banane Ki Vidhi
Kdhai me ghee garam kare or paneer ke tukdo ko sunhara hone tk bhune. Paneer k inn tukdo ko panch cup paani me duboye. Ussi kadhai me tejpatta, long, daal cheni, adrak-hesun paste or katti hui shimla mirchdale, inn sabhi ko kuch der tk bhune, ab kadhai me katti hui payaz or tammater dalde, fir kuch der or bhune. Ab kadhi me lal mirch powder, dhniya powder, haldi powder or gram msala powder dalker ache se milaye, ab iss me tammater piyuri dalkar firse ache se milaye or kuch der dheemi aach pr pkaye or jb msaale me se tel alg ho jaye fir kadhai me paneer or namak swad anusar dalke milaye, kuch der or pakye or khaaye.
