Paneer Bhurji ke Liye Samagri

  • Panee 250gm
  • Deshi Ghee
  • Pyaaj 4-5
  • Tamatar 2
  • Zeera 1/4 tablespoon
  • Hari Mirch 3-4
  • Haldi 1/2 tablespoon
  • Mirchi 1/4 tablespoon
  • Sukha Dhaniya 1/4 tablespoon
  • Namak Swadanusar
  • Sukhi Methi

Paneer Bhurji Banane ki Vidhi

  1. Paneer ko hatho se Bhurbhura karle or rakhde.
  2. Ab Pyaaj , Tamatar , Hari mirch ko bareek katle.
  3. Kadai me Ghee/Refined Dale or Garam kare.
  4. Sabse pehle Zeera dale 1/2 minute ke baad Kati hui Pyaaj or hari mirch daale  .
  5. Golden brown color hone tak pyaaj ko bhune fr usme Kate hue Tamatar milaye.
  6. Tamatar ko pakne de sath hi usme sare masale dale jaise ki Haldi ,mirchi ,Dhaniya , Namak, Masale aap apne swad anusar bhi daal sakte hai.
  7. Masale ko Bhunte Samay thoda pani jrur milaye , Aisa karne se masale acche dhang se pak jate hai or Masale jalte nahi hai.
  8. Jab masala bhun jaye toh usme Paneer daale or acche se milaye , dhyan rahe paneer kadai se chipke nahi.
  9. Paneer ko or 5 minute ke liye pakne de fr paneer bhurji me upar se sukhi methi dale or milaye.
  10. Aapka Swadish Paneer bhurji Taiyaar hai khane ke liye.

Ingredients for Paneer Bhurji Recipe

  • Paneer ( Cottage cheese ) 250gm
  • Deshi Ghee / Refined / Oil
  • Onion  4-5
  • Tomato  2
  • Cumin Seeds 1/2 Tablespoon
  • Green chillies 3-4
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2 Tablespoon
  • Red chilly Powder 1/4 Tablespoon
  • Coriander Powder 1/4 Tablespoon
  • Salt to Taste
  • Dry fenugreek leaves ( sukhi Methi )

Method to Make Paneer Bhurji Recipe

  1. Take paneer & Crumbled it
  2. Now take finely chopped Onion, Tomato & Green chillies.
  3. Now put a Pan or a Kadai on a low Medium Flame and add some ghee/refined .
  4. Add some Cumin seed and other Chopped ingredients and wait till it change color.
  5. Now add Spices, (Desi Masale) Turmeric powder, Red chilly powder, Coriander powder and salt
  6. After 2 Min add some little water and Stir for 3-4 minutes
  7. Now add Crumbled Paneer and Mix Well .
  8. Cook for 4-5 minute, turn off the flame and sprinkle some Coriander leaves.
  9. Now Cover it for few minutes. And,
  10. Your Delicious paneer Bhurji (Bhujia) is ready to serve.
